1. Standard Hotel The check-in time is 1400 IST, and the check-out time is 1200 IST.

2. Early check-in and late check-out are available, depending on availability.

3.When a special reservation policy is not indicated in the “Reservation Confirmation” form, all standard hotel/hospitality industry standards apply.


1. On the day of your arrival, a pre-authorization for the complete stay will be taken on your credit card under the name booking is made. According to hotel regulations, early check-in and late check-out are fees. At the time of check-in, guests must produce a valid photo identification card. An Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card, or an Indian or international passport are examples of such documents. The use of PAN cards is not permitted. In the absence of a valid identity document, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in.

2. An extension of stay at the Hotel may be offered at the rate/offer in effect at the time the request is made. If the original offer under which the reservation was made has expired at that time, the hotel is not obligated to provide a room at the original rates, but rather at the current rates available.

3. Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-changeable. Before making a reservation, the Customer should carefully read the room description and any other terms and restrictions. If a reservation is made under such privileged booking prices or special offers, the hotel will not be obligated to cancel or refund any money or change any bookings.

4. The cancellation of a booking will result in a refund of the booking amount. After deducting cancellation fees and taxes, the booking amount will be credited to the Customer’s bank account by the same payment method (i.e. debit card, credit card, net-banking, or any other electronic means) that was used to make the reservation. It is possible that the reimbursement process will take 10-15 business days.

5. Children under the age of five can stay for free (cribs subject to availability). Children from 5 to 12 years may be subject to additional costs. Children under the age of 13 will be charged at the extra adult cost.

6. We ask that you give your photo-identity proof while checking in, as part of our enhanced security processes. Indian citizens must provide one of the following documents: Passport, driver’s license, voter ID card, and Pan card are all examples of identification documents. Foreign nationals must provide their passports as well as a valid visa.


1. There are no meetings or parties of any kind permitted in the room. Any more tenants in the accommodation will be evicted by the Hotel.

2. This booking is non-transferable.

3. A cost of one night’s lodging charge will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any altered booking restrictions as per the deal in the case of a no-show.

4. The hotel has the right to eject guests for their conduct and behavior, as well as for any other safety, security, or medical reasons. This is especially true if customers fail to follow Hotel workers’ directions, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass or endanger other guests.

5. At no time will guests be allowed to jeopardize the Hotel’s health, safety, or security.

6. At the time of check-in, guests must present an original form of identification.

7. For the corresponding bookings, specific terms of offer will apply, and in the event of a disagreement, the conditions of such special offers shall prevail.

8. Guests are not permitted to bring food or drink from outside the hotel into the hotel or to request meals from outside the hotel.

9. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for the shelf life of food brought back to the Hotel after an event or taken outside the Hotel for personal consumption.

10. In the event of a discrepancy between the terms of the bill and the actual bill issued to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.

11. The Guest is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The Guest should always follow the Hotel’s safety, security, and hygiene recommendations and should avoid breaking them. If a violation is discovered, the Guest will be held completely liable.

12. It is not the obligation of Hotel management to notify Hotel management before to arrival if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, but not limited to, a particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food.

13. Your belongings can be kept in a safety deposit box in your room or in the hotel’s safe upon request. The hotel has the right to impose a fee for storing certain things.

14. If the objects you want to store are particularly valuable, you must notify the hotel ahead of time. This type of valuable may be refused storage by the hotel.

15. Management and staff work hard to ensure that the workplace is safe and secure. We do everything we can to maintain a secure environment, and we expect our guests to do the same. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or misplaced while on the grounds as a result of the guests’ own actions or omissions.

16. Lost item discovered on the grounds is noted and maintained for three (3) months in a secure area. Following that, goods are either discarded or donated to charity. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for contacting individuals who have misplaced their belongings. Perishable things collected from rooms after check out are only kept until the next day’s closing of business.

17. The Company retains the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. If any modifications are made, the amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on the most recent information posted here to stay up to date on any changes.

18. We make every effort to ensure that your reservation arrangements are good; but, the Hotel accepts no responsibility for any financial or other loss, travel delay, accident, damage, additional expenses, or discomfort caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control. Flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbances, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or other authorities, changes to Government regulations, machinery or equipment accidents or failures, maintenance requirements, or industrial action are just a few examples.

19. The hotel is not responsible for whatever happens to the guests during these transits because transportation to the airport is offered as an additional service.


1. By completing the reservation, you also agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay will be governed by the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions in relation to their reservation / stay at the Hotel.

2. You also agree that the General Terms and Conditions set forth on the HotelsBD.com website shall constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hotel Diplomat in relation to any and all commercial arrangements of any kind, including reservations, stays, payments, use of facilities, and so on.

3. If the Hotel believes the reservation information given is false or insufficient, the Hotel may cancel the reservation at its sole discretion.

4. The guest willingly agrees and authorizes Hotel representatives to profile the guest from the public domain in order to determine the guest’s details and provide sufficient hospitality services throughout their stay in the hotel.

5. The Hotel reserves the right to revise, amend, or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

6.You agree to hold the Hotel harmless from any responsibility, loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind arising out of or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay at the Hotel.

7. The Hotel is not responsible for any losses, damages, charges, or expenses you may incur as a result of the Hotel’s cancellation of your reservation.
The Hotel will not be held liable for any failure to comply with these conditions if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. If the Hotel waives any of its rights under these conditions on one time, it does not indicate that it will automatically renounce those rights on other occasions.
