Terms And Condition

This House Rental Agreement was signed by “LandlordName” (the landlord) and “TenantName” on “dateOfExecution” (Tenant)

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The house at House Rental Address will be rented by the Landlord to the Tenant under these terms and in its current state. The Tenant agrees to and complies with the conditions of this Agreement.

2. CONTRACT TERM

This house rental agreement will go into effect on “StartDate” and end on “EndDate” respectively. An agreement for the new term will then be formed following this.

3. MONETARY RENT 

The monthly lease will cost RentAmount__________. Payments will be made via ___________PaymentMethod. The ‘CollectedBy ‘payPeriod’ __________ shall be responsible for collecting the monthly rent. After the due date, if the tenant doesn’t pay within five (5) days, late fees of LateCharges_________ will be assessed.

4. DEPOSIT OF SECURITY

A security deposit of $SecurityDeposit will be paid by the tenants. After leaving the residence, ending this lease, and returning the keys to the landlord, the security deposit will be returned. Any premise damage is covered by the security deposit. Additionally, this security deposit will cover any utility bill defaults by the tenant.

5. UTILITIES 

All utilities, including power, water, gas, telephone, cable, and internet, must be paid for by tenant.

6. UPDATES AND DAMAGES

Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property. Any damage will be the responsibility of the tenant, who will also be responsible for paying for any necessary repairs. Tenants are required to maintain appropriate cleaning standards. Any adjustments require the landlord’s express written consent. The landlord has the right to enter the property for emergencies, repairs, and upkeep.

7. OCCUPANCY 

There can be no more than NumberofOccupants occupants. Only the Tenant and members of his or her family will live there.

8. Regulations and RULES 

There can be no more than 3 guests. The maximum number of nights that an overnight visitor may remain is two (2). Pets are not permitted inside the building. On-site smoking is not permit.

9. PEACE AND ORDER 

Firearms, bows, combat knives, and other weapons are not permitted on the property by tenants. Tenants consent to refrain from using the property in a manner that might obstruct local peace and quiet.

10. ABANDONMENT 

If the tenant vacates the property, the landlord is free to enter via any method without incurring any obligations. If the furniture and other belongings were taken, the landlord is permitted to assume that the tenant abandoned the property. The property will be deemed abandon if it is vacant for 15 days in a row without giving the landlord written notice Lease Offer.

11. AMENDMENTS

 Only with the written consent of both parties is this Agreement subject to modification or revision.

12.  GOVERNING LAW

The laws of the country indicated by the house rental address shall apply to this agreement. By our signatures below, the undersign acknowledge that we have read this agreement. And that we are bound by its provisions Lease Offer.
