Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Apartment Manager to oversee the operations and management of our studio apartment complex. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to tenant complaints, requests, and maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Monitor and enforce lease agreements, policies, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and maintenance activities.
  • Market and promote the studio apartment complex to attract and retain tenants.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
