We’re looking for a qualified studio apartments manager who can support the growth of our business and the residents of our neighborhood. A dependable customer service representative will make the best candidate; we’ll also offer more training if necessary.

Moreover, multiple properties will be assigned to the manager, necessitating regular travel for site inspections and meetings. The manager will attend board meetings, negotiate lease agreements, enforce rental contracts, oversee upkeep, and handle day-to-day operations for each property.

The role’s objectives:

  • Establish communication channels with property owners, contractors, and building occupants, and be in charge of overseeing maintenance and preventive actions.
  • To successfully address tenant issues, disputes, and contracts, collaborate with the accounting, revenue control, leasing, and tax departments.
  • Maintain building systems through the use of contracts for maintenance and repairs, and create specifications for competitive bids on bigger maintenance projects and service agreements.
  • Utilizing data gathered, examined, and summarized, managing the annual budget and plan of costs, starting corrective actions, and creating reports.
  • Service should be prompt, efficient, and accessible while adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

  • Visit sites frequently to check the level of upkeep and construction performed by contractors, as well as the existence of the necessary insurance certificates.
  • By routinely assessing properties for damage and inefficiency, you can manage your daily property needs and plan capital improvements.

  • Team members should receive training on how to react in emergency and crisis situations.
