Description of work:

We are seeking a Furnished Serviced Apartment Manager to oversee the operations and management of our furnished serviced apartments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and service delivery while maintaining the profitability of the property. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the property, coordinating with various teams, and as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the furnished serviced apartments
  • Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their stay and provide exceptional customer service
  • Supervise and train all staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk personnel
  • Manage the booking and reservation system to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue
  • Ensure that all apartments are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal standards
  • Monitor and manage budgets and financial statements, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and other services
  • Maintain effective communication with guests, employees, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in a hotel or serviced apartment management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage budgets, financial statements, and revenue streams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and also holidays

Leadership and Management Skills:
