Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to manage our furnished serviced apartments. The Furnished Serviced Apartment Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay, overseeing apartment maintenance and housekeeping, and managing the overall operations of the apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guests receive high-quality customer service and are satisfied with their stay
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests, including handling payments and resolving any issues that arise
  • Oversee the daily operations of the furnished serviced apartments, including maintenance and housekeeping
  • Coordinate with outside vendors, such as cleaning services and maintenance contractors, to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Monitor apartment occupancy and rates, and make adjustments as needed to maximize revenue
  • Manage apartment inventory and ordering of supplies as necessary
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records of apartment operations, including guest stays, maintenance requests, and expenses
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, and work to resolve issues to the guest’s satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing the operation of furnished serviced apartments


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Knowledge of property management software and other relevant technology
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and laws governing furnished serviced apartments

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position are typically Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening and weekend work required based on guest needs and apartment occupancy.


The salary for this position is dependent on experience and qualifications.
